- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪21 minute hold time in an attempt to get an appointment scheduled. I have all my personal info and my order info. Then when I was transferred, they wanted all the same info AGAIN....after waiting 21 minutes.... Terrible communication, incompetent, but very kind. If the staff has terrible communication & cant transfer sensitive information to and from each other, what does the medical staff look like? I know I don't want to find out.
